2. Written estimate
You get a clear written scope and price that shows what we're doing and why. If there are options, like vinyl versus James Hardie siding or different shingle lines, we lay them out side by side.
3. Scheduling & prep
Once you're ready, we lock in a date, order your materials, and handle any permits. Before work starts, we let you know when the crew will arrive and what to expect.
4. Installation
Your project manager runs the job and keeps you updated the whole way. Our crews work clean and protect your property, and when the job is done we run a magnetic sweep of your yard and driveway to pick up stray nails.
5. Final walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you and go over every detail. If anything isn't right, we fix it before we call it done.
