Drane Garven
Drane attended Clemson University after playing a year of college lacrosse at Hampden-Sydney College. He started in sales in 2021 and built his career in home exteriors, working his way up to sales manager and production manager. In five years he has led and delivered a large number of roofing and exterior projects, many of them complex, and he knows every step of a job from the first inspection to the final walkthrough. He is also a licensed real estate agent, which gives him a clear view of how a home's exterior affects its value.
Drane lives on Lake Hartwell, on the Clemson side of the lake, and that's where the company's name comes from. Grounded in his faith and devoted to his family, Drane volunteers in the local community and gives back to veteran associations across the Upstate, and in his free time you'll find him working on his golf game.
As co-owner of Hartwell, Drane leads sales and production and makes sure every homeowner gets straight answers and work done right. He holds every job to the standard the company was built on: Honest first. Growing always. If it's not right, it's not done.

Jen Cromwell
Jen is a U.S. Army combat veteran who later worked as an intelligence contractor with Lockheed Martin, supporting the recovery of America's POWs and MIAs. She built a background in bookkeeping and finance and spent six years living overseas. Jen is a wife, a mom of three who homeschooled her boys, and a breast cancer survivor. She has always been active in her community, including volunteering with Scouting.
For the last several years, Jen has run the operations side of a regional roofing and restoration company. She knows insurance scopes inside and out, and she has managed job tracking and scheduling while working closely with vendors and crews to keep every project on track. She built the systems that move a job smoothly from the first call to the final inspection, and she knows how much it matters for homeowners to stay informed every step of the way.
As co-owner of Hartwell, Jen leads the company's operations and finance, and she makes sure every homeowner and crew member is safe and taken care of. She holds every job to the standard the company was built on: Honest first. Growing always. If it's not right, it's not done.
